The Community Dance Connection Theatre

The Community Dance Connection Theatre is independently incorporates as a non-profit, 501(c)(3) performing arts organization. Central to the mission of The CDCT is a desire to form vibrant links between the community and the performing arts and to unite individuals in cross generational collaborations of purposeful artistic expression. Through educational outreaches and concert performances, The CDCT specializes in creating original works while offering training and performance opportunities for dancers and theatre artists of every age and type young and old, male and female, beginner and professional.
Registration for company membership is held in June each year. At that time, The CDCT conducts informational meetings at Halestone Dance Studio in Lexington, VA for prospective members who want to learn about places for the coming performance season, membership requirements, activity fees, and the wide variety of opportunities available to all CDCT members.
If you would like to get involved with The CDCT as a volunteer, please do! The CDCT is always in need of stage hands, technical crew members, costume wranglers, ushers, box office managers, administrative assistants, and board members.
